Seriously though, we wanted to thank you and all the service providers for a job done beyond expectations. Everyone was professional and treated our guests with respect.

Living in Chicago it was difficult to make more than one trip to plan our day, but after speaking with you over the phone and email we were sure that we would be able to relax and just wait for the day to come; we were absolutely right. Our guests were satisfied, but more important...we were relaxed the entire weekend knowing that things were in place and ready to start on time.

Occasions in Niagara, and the other service providers you contracted with, are at the top of our list for future wedding recommendations. Thank you again for putting up with us and for remaining professional :-)). We will never forget.

When Mike and I decided to get married in March of 2006, we knew we wanted a fall wedding but didn`t want to wait another year and a half. So, we decided to get married in Niagara in six months. I panicked! I realized that neither of us had any ideas about what we wanted for our own wedding, and, living in Chicago, didn`t have the time to do a lot of traveling to get things planned out. After my first phone call to Patti, however, a feeling of relief swept over me. She has an uncanny ability to get to know your personalities and help you create the vision of your perfect day, even if you start off not having one. Also, all of the vendors that she recommended were phenomenal, especially the photographer! On the day of the wedding, things didn`t quite work out according to our original plan (thanks Mother Nature!), but Patti made the day absolutely flawless! Her calm and organized presence there put everyone at ease, and allowed us to have a beautiful, carefree day. She has such a laid back personality, that she almost seemed to "disappear" until something needed to be tended to, and then she was immediately taking care of it. I can`t tell you how wonderful it is to just "show up" to the most important day of your life and have every beautiful detail attended to! I am so thankful to her for sharing her talents with us. In fact, I can`t even imagine the day now without her.

Jenn and I were firm in that we wanted our wedding to be about us and our feelings for each other. We did not want to get 'lost' in the planning and details, distracted by cost, and have this end up more as a burden than what it should be... which is a gift to us! We also hoped to be married a year after the proposal on the day, even though we did NOT want to plan for a year.

Maybe a bit unconventional, but what we did was decide some basic requirements about what we wanted to have in our wedding, to make it something we would be happy with and remember for years to come. We did some research and chose Occasions in Niagara . and gave them our requirements. In a short time with a few back and forth communications to make certain there were no surprises our wedding was set. All our requirements were met, cost and budget was kept, any additional questions (even ones we did not think of asking!) were answered. Amazing! As we were confident that all the arrangements and details we knew were handled, we found ourselves focusing on ourselves and truly enjoying and experiencing the event.

Most people don't plan to have a lot of weddings so its not something you get skilled or experienced in, so why not seek out an expert? I have already recommended Occasions in Niagara to some others and heartily do so here. Mark & Jennifer Niesner

My fianc , Bill and I wanted a small intimate wedding in the Niagara region to share our special day with close family and friends. At the time, I was living in Albuquerque, NM while my fianc was living in Chicago making wedding planning extremely stressful. Thank goodness we found Occasions in Niagara. With Patti`s help, I was able to visit a variety of wedding venues on a quick week-end trip up to the Falls. We found the most perfect place for our intimate wedding. On subsequent trips up to Canada, Patti set up meetings and provided extensive information regarding options for cake bakers, florists, photographers, videographers, hairstylists and live music. What would have taken a number of stressful trips back to Canada, only took a fraction of the time and I actually had time to sight-see and enjoy myself when I did travel back to Niagara. On the day of our wedding, everything ran so smoothly. I had never envisioned such a perfect wedding. Thank you Occasions in Niagara and thank you Patti!

We traveled to Canada from UK to get married at Niagara Falls. As neither of us had visited Canada before, and most of the arrangements were made via email and phone conversations it could have been a scary experience, but thanks to Occasions Niagara this was not the case. In our meeting with Patti before the wedding day, we talked through everything from the legalities of the wedding certificate to the ceremony itself. By the wedding day, we were completely happy that it would run smoothly. And it did. Everything was exactly as we wanted, and the arrangements that had entrusted to Patty for hair, flowers, etc were perfect. The photographer made us feel completely at ease, and the resulting pictures were beautiful.
