The following are services we are able to assist you with when planning for your wedding. All pricing is based on availability and does not include taxes.


Ceremony Officiant - Our officiants are experienced professionals who can perform non-denominational (religious) and civil services (no mention of religion). They are prepared to travel within the Niagara area (within reason). Choices of vows are available for all services - $200.00
 
Flowers - You can choose from among a wide selection of fresh flowers and bouquet styles, or just send us a picture with your color and style preference and we’ll have the florist duplicate it for you. Bridal bouquet starting at $100.00.

Wedding Photography  - A popular option chosen by many couples is to have their wedding recorded by a professional wedding photographer, ensuring a lasting and beautiful record. Our photography packages include ceremony coverage along with formal pictures immediately following. All photography is shot with digital equipment and include the designated amount of images printed in 4x6 format and provided to you in a presentation album. Your photography package also includes the designated amount on images in a digital format (full resolution and ready for printing) on a CD. 30 picture packages start at $300.00. Pictures take up to four weeks for processing plus delivery time; shipping and handling is charged separately.  

Professional Vidoegraphy - Our professional videographers use one camera and a cordless microphone to capture your ceremony. The resulting footage is fully edited with titles and music and converted to DVD. Services start at $200.00; shipping and handling is charged separately.

Catering Services: Whether it will be just the two of you or you have a large group joining you, we can help with your wedding reception needs. Based on your budget, we can make make complete  arrangements for your reception (including catering, decorations and music) or we can just   recommend a great restaurant and make the reservations for you.   

Wedding Cakes: Made to order by Niagara's finest bakers and flavors to suit the most particular tastes. Sizes from 2- 4 person single tier cake and up. Delivered the day of the wedding.

Wedding Transportation: Some of our couples like to be met at their hotel and taken to the wedding ceremony in a wedding limousine or classic car. Others prefer the old world charm of a horse and carriage. No matter what your choice, your coordinator can assist with your wedding transportation needs.  

Ceremony Musicians: Classical and Modern Guitarist, Flautist, Violinist, Bagpiper, Trio (Violinist, Cello and Flautist) and Vocalist are some of the wonderful wedding musicians we have available. Prices start at $150.00.

Accommodations: Occasions in Niagara can help you with obtaining rates for yourself and any guests that are coming with you for your Niagara Falls wedding. We have relationships with some of the best hotels in the area and as part of our service, we'll help you find the best accommodations to suit your budget. Occasions in Niagara Coordinating Fees: Occasions in Niagara charges a coordinating fee to book your Niagara Falls wedding. Our fees start at $35.00 and are based on the amount of assistance required. Additional coordinating fees are charged on an individual basis.


How to book your wedding with Occasions in Niagara:
 
The first step to booking your wedding is to choose the date and time of your wedding along with a ceremony location. You can also let us know about the services or package you would like.
 
We’ll then confirm your wedding with the service providers, send you a written confirmation and get you to sign and return a contract and make a deposit. Thirty days before your wedding we require the balance of the wedding.
