Planning

• Assisting you in selection of traditional services including your officiant and ceremony location, the wedding flowers and decorations, a photographer, catering location and menu, transportation and any other services required
• Checking availability and booking all wedding service providers on your behalf
• Establishing a detailed timeline of your wedding day
• Contacting your wedding service providers one-week prior for a confirmation of services, delivery date, set up time, location, etc.

On the wedding day

Oversee set-up of ceremony Coordinate and work with your wedding service providers Coordinate bridal party and ceremony Assist you and your family with any matters that may arise Our pre-arranged packages or our personalized planning will help you arrange your wedding on a budget you will find pleasingly affordable.
