As your wedding consultant, our main goal is to direct and assist you in making sensible decisions about your wedding. Once you have expressed your wedding wishes to us, we evaluate, plan and organize your special day.
Here is a brief overview of our services:
- Listening to the couple about their vision of the wedding
- Institute a financial budget
- Assist in all design, production and planning phases
- Assist with selection of the Ceremony and Reception locations and provide direction with catering needs
- Assist in selection of traditional vendors including Officiant, Florist/Decorator, Photographer/Videographers, Transportation and any other service providers required
- Interview and check references, professional licenses and insurance of service providers
- Forward and track deposits and payments to vendors
- Establish a detailed timeline and agenda for wedding day activities
To make sure that everything goes as flawlessly as possible, Occasions in Niagara can also provide a Wedding Day Director in attendance on your wedding day to direct the activities of your service providers.
